The chassis is corrosion-treated for outdoor exposure and rides on industrial heavy-duty tires chosen for load capacity and long wear, with parking legs that stabilize the unit once it reaches the workfront and keep it from rocking under load. Road legality matters because a compressor that cannot be registered for public transit cannot reach long pipelines or remote rail projects without a separate low-loader, which adds cost and delay. The road-compliant braking and lighting also mean the unit does not need a separate permit chase before it can move between sites. Trailer units are secured on wooden pallets with foam and bracing so the running gear, brakes and lighting survive ocean transit. We ship under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms, payment 30% in advance and 70% before shipment. Standard units take about 40 days and custom builds about 60 days; each trailer is inspected before dispatch and third-party inspection is accepted.
