The Comps stationary screw air compressor is engineered to sit on a rigid base and run around the clock indoors, where a towed mobile unit would be unnecessarily complex and noisy. The diesel engine and screw airend are precisely matched for high transmission efficiency with minimal energy loss, and the low-vibration mounting keeps structure-borne noise down to a level acceptable in a plant room; the rigid iron frame anchors the unit firmly so vibration does not travel through the floor to neighboring workstations. Where air quality matters, a three-stage oil-gas separation system holds residual oil in the discharged air below 3 ppm, protecting downstream tools, valves and processes that cannot tolerate oil carryover. A high-efficiency radiator keeps oil temperature in its optimum band during long full-load runs, so the unit does not derate after hours of continuous duty. An intelligent control system loads and unloads automatically against real air demand, rather than wasting energy idling against an empty receiver. The fixed series covers the large-displacement end of the range, about 29 to 37 cubic meters per minute at 24 to 35 bar, intended as a dedicated industrial air source for factories that cannot tolerate an unreliable air supply.

A stationary compressor that supplies a whole plant has no spare: if it fails, production behind it stalls. Stationary units are crated on wooden pallets with foam cushioning for sea freight, with the cooler and control panel protected against impact. We ship under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, payment 30% before production and 70% before dispatch, standard lead time about 40 days and custom about 60 days. Each compressor completes a 24-hour run, pressure and seal test before release, and third-party inspection is welcome.
