This dust explosion-proof air compressor is engineered from the ground up for combustible dust atmospheres - flour, coal powder, metal dust, wood dust and similar hazards - where a standard compressor would risk ignition. The machine carries a dust ignition protection rating of ExtD A21 IP65 T135 C: ExtD marks equipment protected against explosive dust, A21 refers to Zone 21 areas where a combustible dust cloud can be present during normal operation, IP65 means a dust-tight enclosure protected against water jets, and T135 C fixes external surface temperature below the minimum ignition temperature of the dust. The whole electrical system is designed for dust protection, the housing uses a high ingress-protection rating to stop dust entering the machine, and the sealing design prevents dust from accumulating on hot surfaces. Multiple safety protections monitor operation in these harsh, dusty environments. The design logic is simple: if dust cannot enter the enclosure, cannot accumulate on hot surfaces, and surface temperature stays below the ignition margin, then neither an electrical spark nor a hot wall can start a dust explosion. That is why the housing protection rating and the T135 C surface limit matter as much as the certification mark itself. We configure the dust-protected rating to the site's dust Zone and ignition temperature, select power and flow from the series, set voltage, arrange sealed electrical boxes and outlet interfaces, and offer full OEM/ODM private-label production including branding and packaging.

Machines are export-packed on a wooden pallet with plastic foam cushioning, with the dust-tight enclosure sealed for transport. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms are supported. Standard units deliver in 40 days and customized/OEM units in 60 days, with 30% advance and 70% balance before shipment.
