Unlike ordinary motors that lose efficiency as speed drops, the PM motor stays efficient even at low speed, so the saving is strongest precisely when the plant runs partial load. The motor itself is compact and light, delivers high torque at low speed with easy starting, and uses rare-earth magnets with a high demagnetization temperature for long service life. The compact motor also shrinks the skid footprint, useful when the compressor room is already crowded, and direct-drive coupling removes transmission loss entirely - along with belts, pulleys and their routine replacement. The whole package reaches Grade 1 energy efficiency. The platform covers 6.5 to 32.5 cubic meters per minute at 8 to 13 bar with 45 to 160 kW. All units are packed for export on wooden pallets with plastic foam cushioning to protect the canopy, cooler and control panel during sea freight. We support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Payment is 30% advance before production and 70% balance before shipment. Standard units are delivered in 40 days, while customized units take about 60 days.
