Core technologies of compressed air dryers

In terms of sensor technology, a dew point sensor is installed downstream of the compressed air dryer to monitor the quality of the dried compressed air, ensuring its dew point meets set requirements. Deviations in the dew point value may indicate a malfunction in the compressed air dryer.

Control technology includes variable frequency drive (VSD) technology, which adapts to fluctuations in compressed air flow and operating conditions, automatically adjusting the system's cooling capacity to save energy under partial load or changing operating conditions.

Heat exchange technology involves high-efficiency heat exchangers, such as plate-fin and shell-and-tube heat exchangers, used to cool the compressed air and condense moisture. Their efficiency directly affects the dryer's energy efficiency and performance.

The adsorbent is the core of an adsorption dryer. Commonly used types include activated alumina, 4A molecular sieves, and aluminosilicate silica (including high-performance and waterproof aluminosilicate silica). Waterproof aluminosilicate silica is widely used in compressed air dryers due to its superior performance.

The intelligent control system integrates a touchscreen display panel, which can display operating parameters (such as pressure, temperature, and dew point) in real time and allows for convenient parameter setting and equipment control.
