The working pressure of the air source should be approximately 20% higher than the highest working pressure in the pneumatic system to account for friction losses and local losses in the air supply pipeline. If lower working pressures are required in certain parts of the system, pressure reducing valves can be used. Air compressors are available in low-pressure (0.7~1.0MPa), medium-pressure (1.0~10MPa), high-pressure (10~100MPa), and ultra-high-pressure (above 100MPa) ratings, which can be selected according to actual needs.
