The whole machine is explosion-proof to mining safety standards with a dust-proof cooling system that keeps the cooler working in high-dust airways, where an ordinary cooler would quickly foul and overheat. It is built as a heavy-duty unit capable of 24-hour continuous running, with an intelligent monitoring system that tracks operating status in real time, and a compact layout that fits limited underground installation space. The series spans roughly 4 to 62 m3/min at 8 bar, with a 25-bar high-pressure model, across 22 to 355 kW, serving underground coal mine ventilation and pneumatic supply, rock drilling, pneumatic drive of mining equipment, tunnels and underground works. The intelligent monitoring also lets maintenance crews plan service before a fault interrupts underground supply. Compared with a general mining compressor, the screw airend delivers better specific power and steadier air delivery for continuous underground demand, while the mining certification and dust cooling keep it safe where dust and methane are present.
