Features of air compressors

The compressor is directly driven by an electric motor, causing the crankshaft to rotate. This rotation drives the connecting rod, resulting in a reciprocating motion of the piston and a change in cylinder volume.

Due to the pressure change within the cylinder, air is forced into the cylinder through the intake valve and air filter (muffler). During the compression stroke, as the cylinder volume decreases, the compressed air passes through the exhaust valve, exhaust pipe, and check valve into the air tank. When the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7 MPa, the compressor automatically shuts down under the control of a pressure switch. When the pressure in the air tank drops to 0.5-0.6 MPa, the pressure switch automatically reconnects and restarts the compressor.
