During operation, the compressor oil level should be maintained between the minimum and maximum levels. Too much oil will affect the separation effect, while too little oil will affect the machine's lubrication and cooling performance. During the oil change cycle, if the oil level is below the minimum level, lubricating oil should be added promptly. The method is as follows:
① Stop the machine and wait for the internal pressure to release (confirm that the system is pressure-free), then turn off the main power switch.
② Open the filler port on the oil-gas separator and add an appropriate amount of cooling lubricating oil.
③ Refer to the periodic maintenance schedule for oil change intervals after the air compressor has returned to normal operation.
